My wife, who I love dearly, is an excellent writer and on many occasions has pushed me to keep a journal for the purpose of clear thinking. Another person whose writing I admire is my brother Remy and who also plays a part in the starting of this blog. With all this in mind, I have finally submitted unto my Lord's command as my act of worship and offering towards Him. I pray that this blog will be used to encourage others and also open up avenues of conversations and dialogue with others. My hope is that other people, as well as myself, can be challenged in their faith to grow closer to our Savior and Redeemer. Please feel free to leave comments

Hey Freddy, I'm glad to hear that the Spirit of God has been moving you to write. Indeed, I pray that He blesses your heartfelt endeavor. I've already placed it on my toolbar so that I can spend some of my "internet time" reading the great conversations that I'm sure will be posted here in the coming months.
I'm excited about your blog also because I hope that God will use it to lead us to a deeper understanding of Him. Furthermore, it is our own small way of reconquering the intellectual strength of our predecessors. It seems to me that we have lost the power to think, especially as Christians. But the Lord has blessed us with a remnant (Sproul, Lewis, Piper, Chesterton, Edwards, Calvin, Luther, etc.) I hope that all this human thinking really becomes an expression of God's diving Intelligence. With joy I look forward to the generation coming after us (Remy Elijah and Raymond Jesus...lol) that will be able to build somewhat on our meager attempt at thought and expression.
God bless you my brother.
What's up Freddy! I noticed your subtle Calvinistic allusion there in your biography: "irresistible Grace." Don't think I don't notice! :-P lol
Thank you guys for your support! I am truly looking forward to some interesting conversations. As you said Remy, "It is our own small way of re-conquering the intellectual strength of our predecessors". Which by the way Remy, I can't seem to slip one past you.
Lord bless you guys!
Freddy, I know this is your blog, but I have a discussion for you and for anyone who would like to share what the Lord has shown them. It deals with an agnostic and his particular view of life. I'd like to know some takes on his perspective and what would be a good response if any to his thoughts. I think, especially if our faith is true, it deserves a serious and genuine response. But this is your blog, and I'm sure you have tons of plans for it. So let me know when you're ready. ;-) God bless you brother.
Baby, I am so proud of you and who the Lord is creating you to be. You have become a living reminder of the work of our Lord and Savior in my life. I know that if He has called you to write, it is only because He desires to be the very Word that will pour out from you.
Allow Him to teach you and move through you. He will show Himself great and you will continue to fall in love with Him: the very essence of our existence!
Always know that I take you to His throne on my knees everyday! You will have my unconditional support in all you choose to do for the rest of our lives. Like Major Ian W. Thomas said (I am paraphrasing) "Every work that originates from the Lord is good"! May this be the good work you offer our Lord: obedience instead of sacrifice and He will honor you! He is faithful, PRAISE HIM!
Te AMO un mundo!!!
your wife in Christ,
Nana
I'm looking forward to sharing your thoughts...
